At the Lab, cheese is chemistry: melt, stir, enjoy. From this winter, the experiment moves outdoors. You pack the fondue backpack and pick the spot where it tastes best. Before you set off, we make sure you sleep well and start the day with breakfast. The cheese does the rest.
